397g of grilled beef topped with baby onions in Marsala and xcatic chili butter glaze, served with roast marrowbone with rosemary and slightly spicy coriander and lime sauce.


SURF AND TURF WITH CARIBBEAN LOBSTER

170g beef fillet and a 170g steamed lobster tail served with potato au gratin.


RACK OF LAMB WITH HERB CRUST

260g of marinated roast lamb with herb crust served with mashed potatoes with a hint of beet, caramelized red cabbage and mint jelly.

CRAB CIOPPINO

A delicious medley of shrimp, salmon, tuna, white fish, clams, mussels, squid and crab, marinara sauce and white wine, served with garlic bread.


ROAST CHICKEN PREPARED IN A SKILLET

Boneless half chicken pan-roasted with herbs, served with mashed potatoes with a hint of garlic, sautéed spinach and a white wine sauce from the skillet with a dash of chicken stock and lemon.


SOUS VIDE FISH FILLET WITH MEUNIÈRE SAUCE

Fish fillet precooked in a vacuum pouch and seared in a pan, topped with caper sauce and served with baby carrots and smooth cauliflower purée.


FILET MIGNON IN BRANDY AND BLACK PEPPER SAUCE

Five U-12 shrimp marinated in red recado spice mix, served with spicy rice and caramelized red peppers and a buttery lime sauce.
